For much of my life I have been fascinated by a single question.
What enables profound transformation in people and systems?
That question has led me into executive leadership, organisational transformation, academic research, creative expression and the exploration of consciousness.
At first glance these fields appear unrelated. To me they are complementary and unifying perspectives on the same phenomenon.
